How to use System Exclusive Messages in wk 6600?

Hello.

 

I use the SysEx:

 

F0 44 16 02 7F 00 03 02 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 08 00 00 00 00 00 F7

 

to request the value of Tone Parameter "Attach Time". Then I recive from wk 6600 the next message:

 

F0 44 16 02 7F 01 03 02 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 08 00 00 00 00 00 40 F7

 

I want to change the value 40 to 12 or any other value. Then I send:

 

F0 44 16 02 7F 01 03 02 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 08 00 00 00 00 00 12 F7

 

But when I request again, I recive the same message:

 

F0 44 16 02 7F 01 03 02 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 08 00 00 00 00 00 40 F7

 

indicating that the value has not changed.

What am I doing wrong?

 

Where can I find more examples or information to help me execute SysEx messages on my wk 6600?

 

The MIDI implementation documentation does not offer much help.
