Dewon
Hi, I bought a Casio SA 77 mini key board from Dubai and now I live in Toronto. In Dubai the voltage is 220 as here in Toronto it’s 110. Can I use an 110 cord for my piano. Please help. Dewon
Chas
The SA77 operates at 9.5v DC. It uses either batteries or a mains power adaptor that converts AC power to 9.5v DC. Some adapters will work with both 220 and 110 AC. You need to check the details printed on the adapter itself to see if it is capable of doing this. - T -
As Chas suggests, check to see if your existing AC Adapter is a dual voltage input. If it is not, then you will need to purchase this one: https://www.casio.com/products/accessories/for-musical-instruments/ade95100b The one in the link above is genuine Casio, but beware of the non-Casio knock-offs that sell for considerably less, because they have little or no voltage regulation, and can be a sure recipe for eventual disaster. mike71
I am almost sure that is a 110/220 unit, because The one I have for the XW-G1 is a dual voltage unit, if the label saus 100-240V you need a simple BS to NEMA adapter
