geoff.s Posted November 25, 2020 Share Posted November 25, 2020 I have connected the USB from the keyboard (using the "to device slot") directly into my laptop (windows 10). When I launch Komplete Kontrol, I cannot see my keyboard in the preferences. So I cannot connect my keyboard to the sound library in Komplete Kontrol. It's not the flat USB-A connector, it's the more square USB-B connector like those found on printers. If you're looking at your manual, it's number 48 on page 6.
