Hansen
Hi everyone, Just bought a brand new PX-770. I’ve been searching all over the internet to no avail. I can’t seem to get my Casio PX-770 to send midi play data to my computer as I’m playing (ie. Setting up the piano as a midi controller). I’m using midi recording software on the computer and my computer does not recognize the piano input keystrokes as I play. I even tried setting up the piano as a USB to transfer my test recordings and they come across with a weird non-midi format (.CSR file or something strange like that... not a .MID file). I’m trying to record a video for YouTube. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Pubb
What software are you using on the computer? Does the computer recognize the connection between the computer and the piano?
Gol
Hello? I have the same issue. Does anyone have any idea? In my case, the computer recognizes the piano in "other devices" section an Audio, but none of the softwares support the the piano as the MIDI device, as if nothing is connected.
