Casio WK-3200 and midi operations

There are midi in and out ports at the back of the WK-3200. Also there are about 160 auto-accompaniment styles on this model. I can use a midi to USB adapter and connect it to a computer and use Cubase as a DAW for example. My question is, how do I play a style on the keyboard and send it to Cubase and record the file as a midi file? I know midi files can support 16 channels so can the midi file support the capacity to split out into separate channels in Cubase? e.g. drums, guitar and strings etc.

See the below extract from the user manual which shows midi operation with the styles

Is there anyone who have tried this or who can comment with good certainty that what I am trying to do above is possible? I mean, the keyboard was released in 2005 and I think with today's technology and software, it could be possible. What I want to do is be able to send a style to the computer as a midi file and be able to split that file in the DAW in separate channels/tracks - e.g. drum, bass, piano etc. for that style.

If for some strange reason, the above is not possible, what software, hardware do you reckon I can use to achieve this?

Also, as you may know, there are buttons on the keyboard that can allow a user to turn an instrument on or off while a style is playing - eg. the drums can be switched off or the bass etc. Can these buttons be programmed into Cubase as separate channels for live recording etc? The buttons I speak of are below:

Edit - I think this is so doable from reading online. I believe I can record the style using the onboard record function on the keyboard and save it on a Smart Media Card. How do I get the Smart Media Card to be read on the computer though? Also since Smart Media Cards have small storage space - e.g. 32MB, is it correct to say that the file format saved to these cards is MIDI because of the small file size of MIDI?
