Casio WK 3300 Issues With USB Detection Windows 10 Also Exporting To SD card

Am going absolutely crazy and want to pull every hair out of my head.

When I plug in the WK3300 nothing happens. No detection no driver install or anything, so I can only conclude there must be a setting in the Transpose/Function setting that needs to be changed. I simply want to take some of the preset rhythms and import them as wave files in my Reaper DAW program. Is this possible or do I have to export the rhythms to a SD card and them import the rhythm wave files from the SD card? I assume that this is the purpose for the SD card or is it only for saving songs composed on the WK3300?

If so, then what is the USB port used for?

Can someone please help me with this? How do I set the correct setting so that Windows 10 and or Reaper detects the WK3300?
