giano
Hi! This is my rendition of the track "Kids" from the soundtrack of "Stranger Things" by Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein, played on the Casio HT3000. All sounds are by Casio HT3000, without external effects. No claim of 100% fidelity :) the original sounds are so fat and powerful, but I have at least tried to recraeate the overall atmosphere. BTW The bass sound is the preset from the accompaniment section. The whole thing is a multitrack recording from the HT3000 into Cubase (1x patch ostinato, 1x lead, 2x pads, 2x bass, 1x arpeggio and white noise). The arpeggio is in fact mad of 3 tracks to emulate a delay effect. I had planned to show it, but I am not able to setup my screen capture SW to record my speakers... :) I keep trying. Thanks for listening!
giano
Hi again! I have managed to get my screen capture SW to work more or less, so I have made a "behind-the-scenes" video, about the multitrack structure and sound programming for this song. I hope you like it! Thanks for watching Edited October 18, 2021 by giano
Tsquare
I'm not familiar with that particular show theme however, I can certainly appreciate your great sound creations and layering. Thanks so much for the interesting "Making of" video. It's a good showcase for the Casio HT3000 sound editing functions, despite being an "old" keyboard. Thanks for the upload Giano!
