Vinay Yadav
Hi, I bought ap470 celviano and after assembling it, I found that E key on all octave is bit raised. I contacted the casio customer care here in India and they sent me a technical guy, who said it's normal to have these keys bit raised, it counts as tolerance, I said piano keys shouldn't be up down and he insister that it comes under casio policy, this much of tolerance is allowed. So I don't know whom to contact for this issue, I believe it's defected. I have attached an image of it please check https://ibb.co/Rg7rk21 What should I do ? Please tell me. Thank you
