dazdart
After a year of functioning normally, my "universal" sustain pedal has suddenly reversed polarity (sustained unpressed / dampered when pressed). I may have switched the CT-S300 on with my foot depressed - not sure! I have tried the "Switch off the keyboard and switch on without your foot on the pedal" suggested all over the web....but still the same problem. Any ideas? Thanks Edited February 20, 2022 by dazdart correction
Chas
Check the pedal for a polarity switch. Most third party pedals have this as not all keyboards use the same polarity. You might have accidentally knocked the switch.
gjasko
Switch off keyboard, unplug sustain pedal and plug sustain pedal in again, and turn keyboard back on. Make sure not to touch any buttons, knobs or pedals while keyboard is going through its start up process.
