Patrick Leach
ON my CT-S1000 V There must be an incredibly easy answer that I'm missing but: Where's knob 3 ?The volume knob is on the wrong side and as far as I can see only controls volume. The large knob on the right side of the display controls parameters but not values. Also you would use it while playing to change tones so it seems like you couldn't use it to adjust values in real time. Those are the only knobs on the front of my keyboard. Perhaps it was an optional extra? (just kidding) Edited March 6, 2022 by Patrick Leach
Chas
K3 is the small knob above the pitch bend wheel. It's assignable to any parameter the same as K1 and K2.
Patrick Leach
Thanks Chas! I guess I do have 5 knobs! I must have missed it in the user guide. I appreciate your help
pjd
Hi Patrick -- Part of the issue is how the knob and jack names are stamped into the plastic rather than painted in a contrasting (white) color. After double checking jack function and positions with a flash light (!), I labelled the jacks with half-inch white vinyl letters. I usually have only a few seconds to set up before my church gig and don't have time for troubleshooting an errant connection. Same problem with other keyboards, too, so it's not a particular slam on Casio. All the best -- pj
