I have a question.

Can anyone briefly describe me what is an Event Edit of a Rhythm.

Where is it used and what I can do with this?

 

Please describe me in easy words that describe it. Because my english is not that much strong.

Event is any instrument or drums/percussion note/sound in rhythm accompaniment. By event editing you can add and delete any note/sound or change its instrument, pitch, volume, duration and placing in the bar.

What is Event?

Pattern sequencer data, pad phrases and chord progressions, and MIDI recorder data are recorded as series of "events". An event is the smallest component unit of data. For example, values for the following performance operations are recorded as events when

you press a keyboard key: note start measure, beat, and track, note pitch, note length, and note intensity. Recorded events can be edited, and new events can be inserted into an event series.

 

In easy words, what you have recorded to your Pattern Sequence wether it is in any of the parts (from part 9 to 16) is said to be an Event.

 

Event Edit:

By using Event Editor you can edit any notes (Events) that what you have recorded. You can Cut, Copy, Pasted, Insert, Delete, Quantize, Edit Volume, Gate, Tick, Start time, End Time any of the notes according to your needs.
