Felipe Marques
I have a cdp s100 and it has a problem, sustaining sustain all the time. The first time this happened I used clean contact on the sustain jack and it went back to normal, however, the problem happened again, and I don't know what it is. Can someone help me ? Joe Muscara
I don't know if the CDP-S100 is a model that senses the type of sustain pedal you have inserted (there are two types, normally open or normally closed. When you press the pedal, it closes or opens, opposite of what it normally is), but make sure that you have the pedal plugged in before you turn the keyboard on. That's the first thing to try.
Felipe Marques
I've done numerous tests, reset the piano to factory defaults, turned it off and on with the pedal connected, I even did this test with different pedals, and the problem persists. I don't think it has anything to do with pedal polarization.
Joe Muscara
When did you purchase it and where? Can you contact the seller and see if they can provide support or a replacement?
