Issue in starting arranger keyboard , turns off immediately

My  ctx9000in Is facing a problem in starting.  It starts and turns off within 20 seconds

Short answer: Check the power first.

 

I believe that model can run on batteries. If so, try new, good batteries with the power adapter completely disconnected. If that works, you may need a new power adapter.

I tried changing the adapter,  it still has the same problem
