chelsea4023
Hi all, Don't know if this is the right place to ask, but I'll try anyway. We are now heading into the festive season and the wife asked me if I wanted anything particular. I quite like the look of the piano keyboard USB stick that Mike Martin has in the PX5-S he demos. I have checked Ebay with no success, so if Mike or any other helpful member could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.I must point out that I am London U.K. based. Many thanks Chris
XW-Addict
Same here I'm in the Netherlands and would also like that particular usb-stick, Casio Netherlands doesn't keep them cool stuff around for which I want to add Casio should sell snazzy things like shirts, covers, sticks even if its limited hope someone bold enough to do so. Display Name
They are promo use only at this point - not for sale. I gave one away last month in a Social Media contest, along with a lot of other Casio swag. If you join the PX-5S Facebook group (URL below in my sig) you can win one next month in the photo contest - it's open to members worldwide!Mike just added Casio T-shirts to the US Casio store, the idea being if enough sell more can be added to the store. http://www.shopcasio.com/product_detail.do?q=casio-music-gear-t-shirt-size-medium
chelsea4023
Thank you Scott. Unfortunately I don't do Facebook. If Mike stocked some of the piano keyboard USB sticks I believe they would sell very well as there are none advertised on Ebay.

Those USB "keyboard" sticks look like fun - and I'd buy one at a reasonable price if available, but wouldn't give my personal info to Facebook even if Casio were giving away USB sticks for free. Null
Ya know there are a lot of services out there that will do small runs of promotional type stuff for individuals. Personally I got myself a custom coffee mug from Walmart with pictures of my keys on it. Shouldn't be that hard to find T-shirts or Posters or similar stuff made to order from your own submitted artwork. Gary
Null
Here ya go. Google on Customized USB Flash Drives and hundreds of hits come up. Here's one for example. https://photoflashdrive.com/Swivel-Mix-n-Match-Drives/Engraved Minimum order 1. Just submit your artwork and have them print up as many as you'd like. Null
The difference between a Hyundai Accent and a Mercedes 300SEL is that the Mercedes costs 10 times as much. But the legal speed limit is still 100 Kph and both will get me to where I'm going in the same amount of time. Do you see what I'm getting at here? :D Gary

SmoovJazzy55
If you submit the Casio logo/font to that company, could you infringe on copyright laws?
Null
Onewatt >>> Wheels is wheels man. As long as it passes a safety check and gets me where I'm going I could care less if I'm driving a Yugo :D Jazzy >>> Technically if you want to be a stickler about it using the Casio Logo would constitute a trademark violation. However if it's a single or two or three for personal use nobody's gonna make a federal case out of it. As long as the Printshop/Engraver is OK with it there would be no problem unless you started trying to sell them. Technically Walmart & I violated copyright law when I made my Photo Mug using Internet Images as the artwork, but Walmart didn't even blink. They shipped it to me without so much as a hiccup. Null
Ya know, now that I think of it, I can think of only two groups who are big enough dicks and litigious enough to sue someone over a personalized piece of artwork infringement. Any major sports organization (MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL... etc...) and Walt Disney Corporation. I guarantee you if I'd submitted a picture of the Little Mermaid or the Montreal Canadiens Team Logo for my cup Wally World would have red flagged it in a heartbeat :D Otherwise I think it's safe enough to assume that Casio does not employ spies in print shops around the world just itching to sue anyone who misappropriates their logo. If that's the case practically every musical instrument shop around the world is probably in violation at least on their websites :D Gary

chelsea4023
Hi Guys, I started this thread back in November 2014. Well nearly one year has passed and I found this company on Amazon selling very reasonably priced piano USB sticks for £2-99 UK each. http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00VJWF01M/ref=pe_385721_37986871_TE_item I hope it proves useful to some of the Forum members. Null
They're selling them in all shapes and sizes on Amazon.ca http://www.amazon.ca/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=piano+usb+flash+drive But I just invested in 4 of these at $16 apiece for my general usage instead. Kingston Digital 32GB Data Traveler Micro Duo USB 3.0 Micro USB OTG (DTDUO3/32GB) http://www.amazon.ca/Kingston-Digital-32GB-Traveler-DTDUO3/dp/B00LIXJ0OU They may not be as pretty but they are oh so practical and they stick out less than 3/8" which is nice when someone accidentally brushes up against your machine. chelsea4023
Hi Gary, Thanks for that, now members can purchase these sticks from Amazon ( at a reasonable cost) in either the U.S. or the U.K. thanks to these links. Chris
chelsea4023
Hi all, As good as all these USB sticks are, I still think it would be nice if Mike could come up with some way of all Casio owners being able to purchase the proper Casio keyboard sticks through these Forums.
