No matter what stage setting I use, the key is mute and no midi msg is sent when the key is pressed. I registered my px5s and my warranty was extended for 1 year till dec 2015. I live in Pittsburgh and it seems that the closest authorized repair center is in OH ( over 100 miles away). Will Casio refound the shipping costs for repair ? I believe you pay shipping there and they pay shipping back, but I would contact the service center directly. They will be able to tell you the procedure.
