longhorngator
What is the difference between "MIDI recording data" (ZMF) and "MIDI Recording SMF"? Ref manual pages EN-60 and 88. What are the advantages / uses of each? Thanks!
Brad Saucier
ZMF is only useful on the Casio. SMF is playable anywhere general midi files can be played. ZMF stores Casio's 17th "system track" data. System track is used to record accompaniment and performance parts. SMF stores standard midi tracks 1-16. 2
