  1. 😅 I believe you. You have the evidence.
  2. Heads up everyone with a Casiotone CT-S1000V. Casio has just updated the Lyric Creator app for designing new vocal synth tones. It adds some very welcome new editing and preview tools. The process of creating new lyric tones is now easier and smoother than ever.

  3. Unfortunately it can only be enabled for the upper half of the keyboard in a split setup.
  4. Hmm. I'm only seeing Chas. Perhaps your browser is automatically translating your display name because some of this page is not in English, although I have no clue how Chas translates to Hour. 🤷🏻‍♂️
  5. I'll add this regarding NAMM. They're showing new models that were released in mid 2024. This is their first time out at NAMM. https://www.casio.com/europe/corporate/casio-corporate/news/2024/0905/ In other news, Casio has updated the Lyric Creator app for the CT-S1000V. It adds some very welcome new lyric tone editing tools, including the ability to preview the lyric tones in the app before transferring to the keyboard. This is a huge benefit that will help streamline the lyric tone creation process!
  6. Yes it is discontinued. PX-5S however is still trotting along. From what I understand, PX-S7000 and PX-S6000 are doing very well. In fact PX-S7000 just won MMA dealers choice award for the 4th year in a row. They definitely struck a chord with those.
  7. The CT-X3000 can do that as well, but you'll need to be in the tone editing menu for the DSP effect to control fast/slow switching. It has the ability to to set a number of rotary speaker parameters like fast rate, slow rate, rise and fall acceleration, brake and a few other things.
  8. I should probably be wording that a little differently. It's really the same piano sounds, just a different MIDI port to access them. This thread still baffles me by the way.
  9. Swapping between two otherwise identical user tones stored in memory with different fast/slow DSP rotary speeds should work. You can probably use registration memory to recall the tones as well.
  10. The answers are above. Directions must be followed precisely. Please review everything I have posted. If you're unable to solve it, please post a short YouTube video demonstrating what you're having trouble with. We can help point out where you're having issues.
  11. Turn off local control. You'll find a chart in the manual showing which key is used for that. I am assuming you meant CDP-S100, and not CDP-100. They are two different models. Either way, the manual for each model has the information.
  12. What do they look like? Did something spill into the keys?
  13. Because you are hearing delayed audio, the app thinks you are playing the notes delayed when in fact you are playing it correctly in time with the delayed audio. The delay in audio occurs in the Bluetooth audio processing and not within the app itself. The app does not know there is a delay. The app developers probably would probably tell you not to use Bluetooth headphones or speakers with it. Hopefully my wording makes sense.
  14. The two Bluetooth connections are independent, however one of them is low latency and the other naturally is not. The one that is low latency is the MIDI connection. The audio connection is not. You'll find that true of any Bluetooth speaker, Bluetooth headphones, or any other Bluetooth audio connection. Unfortunately it's just the way Bluetooth audio works.
