ferenc
Have you tried factory reset? It fixed my daughter's CTK-1550 this morning which was doing exactly the reason for this thread. Good luck!
phoebe
Quote Hi all, I know this is an old thread but I recently just got a CTK-700 Casio keyboard from a friend and going through the same problem - i.e. I play one key and a combination of keys/ chords have been preset. This happens through all Modes (Normal/ Casio Chord/ Fingered). Photo here: https://postimg.cc/gwLsKjvd I'm wondering if there are ways to reset my keyboard back to factory settings? Thanks in advance!
Brad Saucier
Make sure auto harmonize is turned off.
phoebe
Is there a specific button to turn off auto harmonise?
Brad Saucier
Apologies, I was looking at a different model. CTK-700 does not have auto harmonize. This particular model resets to factory settings each time the power is turned off. If all of the keys are not working normally in normal mode, the keyboard may need repair.
