Ok, a few Hex Layer presets, two Stage Settings and two mp3 for Hex Layer demo sounds...
I was inspired by vintage analog synth sounds and mood...
I used 3 oscillators for each Hex Layer...
I made 2 Stage Settings splitting 2 Hex Layer each one; Sliders 1 & 2 are the volume zones ...(you can hear mp3 demo)...

I just created what I think is a fabulous Pad with gentle EP1 in the background. Perfect for Ballads or especially Awesome for Church Ambiance background behind a Pastor speaking or praying. I took the elements of Africa Stage Setting 7 - 3 went into the Hex Layer and removed the percussive attack of it - Then built the other 3 zones from there ...It resembles some of the best Pad's the Yamaha Motif has to offer - I think it sounds better ...

MONO Synth

This is a TRUE MONOPHONIC Synth!!
I figured out how to implement a MONOPHONIC function utilizing the Arpeggiator. You have to use a sound with a slow attack and long release or else it sounds weird. Set the attack and release to the same rates (I found +30 is pretty good). It's still slightly choppy, but probably isn't noticeable when you play a solo. All other functions work INCLUDING PORTAMENTO!!! For some reason when you first pull this up the cutoff is set really low. So, just touch slider 1 when it comes up and play all you want. I created a MONOPHONIC setting in position 100 on the Arp and included that file here as well (not sure if it comes along with the stage setting).
On the Arp, I have it set to high note priority, but you can reverse that by setting 1U to 1L in the Arp.

Morse Code Sounds for Spacey Themes

This is a Stage Setting that includes a hex layer on zone 1. The Hex tone has 3 split layers of Morse code beep tones that are panned Left, Right and center. Each layer's volume is assigned to sliders 1,2 and 3. Use the sliders for bringing the different codes in and out.
I programmed a phrase that will play 3 different Morse code sequences all at the same time yet are really separate because of how it is arranged in relation to the Morse Beep Hex Layer. The different codes in the phrase sequence are mapped to the 3 Split zones of the hex layer.
Code 1) Left Channel Tone
Code 2) Center Ch. Tone
Code 3) Right Ch.
The phrase is not assigned as an arpeggio in this Stage Setting. Use the phrase player. The Morse phrase is on this download page.

Motion Strings

10-pack of arpeggiated string Stage Settings. Experiment with different chord voicings; but most work best by simply holding a 3-4 note chord with the right hand, and a single bass note with the left. Run through various chord progressions and let Motion Strings do all the work. Audio demos will be added soon.

80's Rock Ballad (EP/Syn pad layer)

This is a tweak and further development of a previous stage setting of mine. One designed for Whitesnake - Here I Go Again.
This one adds a new analog-ish synth layer along with other smaller tweaks. I was able to find the isolated vocal track version of the Whitesnake song. Through that, I was able to hear more individual parts of the overall synth layer they used in the recording. I then took those ideas to this stage setting.

The same as the "Oberish Pad", but I went ahead and changed the key range on two zones to take the bottom end out for a very smooth mid range old school oberish type pad. Use the 1st slider to get more moogish pornamento ring. You pad to twek to your liking to show unique possibilities with the PX5S. Enjoy - Walt
