I haven't used my PX-5S for worship but I got a gig that required it. All the tunes were pretty much just ethereal pads and some piano. So I used Maximillion as a start, as it's a pretty full and thick Hexlayer, removed layers 5 and 6, and added a zone 2 with a Grand Piano. Two sliders govern the volume of zone 1 (hexlayer) and zone 2 (piano). The first four sliders control the volumes of the 4 layers in the hexlayer. Knob 3 is high gain, knob 4 is reverb.
I like this setting because I can do JUST pads or JUST piano, fading in the entire hex layer or controlling individual aspects via the sliders. Have fun!
