    Noises

Has anyone noticed that some of the synth sounds especially the solo synth sounds has a slight pop when you hit each note or is something going on with my xwp1? It's very noticed on the untitled solo synth tones. Is there any filter setting that will get rid of that? Thanks guys.
  2. I have another question, I have a Roland Juno DI as my second board and i was wondering is it possible to play the Roland keyboard and have the XWP1 play it's sounds and performance i created if i use the midi in and out jacks.if so what setting do I need to do on the XWP1.I never messed around with midi before. Thanks guys.
  3. I did program my own performance with 4 Zones. 1 zone had a synth 3 others had voices and choir. I deleted that performance and my XWP1 seems to be working fine.
  4. I have a question. When my XWP1 is in performance mode and when i play one of my performances i created the screen goes blank and so does the other lights and goes to another performance and plays fine. Then i did a reset on the XWP1 and did the same thing even after i powered it on and off. So i deleted that performance that was causing that problem now everything is working fine. Is there something i need to check in each performance that causes it to boot itself to another performance? Thanks.
  5. Update: I bit the bullet and took my XWP1 apart to fix my noisy keys especially the G4 key because it was making a clicking sound, and i found the screws for the keys was loose so i tightened them and behold my keys are quiet. Thanks for all your help with the noisy key problem.
  6. I was thinking about trying something. I have an Android phone and i have an app that has pads to trigger different sounds and i want to connect it to the stereo input of my XWP1. I wonder if anyone has tried it And if you have to do any type of setup. I have some sound pads by the Eurythmics (Sweet dreams) Thanks.
  7. XWP1 is the best keyboard i ever had. I was trying to save up for a workstation and stumbled on this one. Has everything i want and need to compose my own music for 500 bucks. Can't beat that.
  8. I have a Yamaha psr-ew400,also i have a Roland Juno DI in my keyboard rig. Had it for almost 7 years and my Roland keybed also makes noise. I don't let it bother me. Heck i spend hard earned money on my rig might as well enjoy it
  9. The CTK 7200 is going to be next in my rig in the near future
  10. Its not super loud. My keyboard is still under warranty. Just wanted to make sure I'm not the only one that does that.
  11. I was wondering something else. I saw pictures from another thread of one of the circuit boards with the output jacks and headphone jack and nothing is really holding them in place. Probably wouldn't take much force to break them.
  12. I have a Yamaha psr s500 that don't work and i was thinking of taking that keybed out of it and put it in the XWP1. I was wondering if that would work. Thanks.
  13. I've seen the circuit board pictures with the output jacks and headphone jack and i noticed that nothing is really holding them secure, probably wouldn't take much force to break the jacks off the circuit board.
  14. My headphones make a popping sound when i turn my keyboard on.is this normal?
