  1. Totally support this. Casio - how come you missed it ?
  2. Read my update in "Very disappointed - faulty CT-X800 keys" and don't worry about keybed. You can also find this thread "CT-X700 Teardown from Youtube" extremely useful.
  3. Long story short: the way the keys are designed, nothing to worry about. I was owner of CT-X3000 and after almost 10 month of light usage keys started making clicking sound. Mostly C4, C5, etc as vbdx66 said... Couple of weeks before my warranty expired I brought it Service Center. They hold it for couple of weeks and call me to get it back. Once I arrived I asked what they fixed. They said not much, just tightened the screws. To see more how the keybed designed, follow this thread: "CT-X700 Teardown from Youtube" Once I learned all this stuff, I bought second hand CT-X800 and stopped worrying about keys. Casio did great job.
  4. There is no better value for the money exists than CT-X800 or CT-X3000, depending what is your need. I was one of the first owners of CT-X3000, love it. Sold it later because I am not using all features. Bought second hand almost new CT-X800 for the fraction of the price and couldn't be more happier. Was little worried about keybed quality, but after I learned how i'ts designed, it is not my concern anymore.
  5. I support this request to Casio to release Firmware upgrade for CT-X800 and include "Upper1, Upper2 and Lower voices volume control" in it.
  6. Hi vbdx66, Was the issue with noisy keybed resolved ?
  7. This will work for sure.Thank you for the explanation, I really appreciate it. Just to clarify what I was looking for one song ( potentially to use pedal later to loop through Registration ) ACCOMP: ON Bank 02, Registration 1: Rhythm A, Variation 1, Tone A Bank 02, Registration 2: Rhythm A, Variation 3, Tone B As you can see, I am not changing Rhythm, just Variation and Tone. Good to know limitations.
  8. Very much needed future, which another manufacturer's Arranger workstation has. Casio should add it if they still developing operating system.
  9. Hello, I was trying to figure out if I can register rhythm with particular variation, i.e V3 Doesn't look like it's possible, or I am missing something ?
  10. PUC+ tested and it works well with CT-X3000 and iPad Air 2
  11. Thank you Brad for the explanation. Now it makes sense.
  12. Hello, At least two tones: 220 Versatile Electric Bass 1 221 Versatile Electric Bass 2 have issue when pressing key doesn't produce any sound. It can be any random key, like 3-4 sequential keys make sound, then pressing next one - silence. My keyboard is CT-X3000 but I assume tone list should be same for CT-X5000 as well. Can somebody please check with their unit ? Thanks
  13. Please post here your steps and I will try to replicate crash on my CT-X3000.
  14. I know, but Music Preset List pretty much the same across many keyboard models with slight variations.
  15. Well, 95 views and not one response... Nobody's using Music Preset List ? For example: 225 Reggae 2 No Woman No Cry
