Oh no! I just bought the Apple adapter because the generic one I previously ordered gave that same no-connection error. It is very difficult freighting these units into this remote area, my parcel is presently lost somewhere in an 100-year radius Why doesn’t Casio supply a dongle with the keyboard that would save weeks of trial and error? its an abstruse control system that may not work for music theatre gigs without some iPad assist. My lightning USB connector works with USB sticks, is plugged in to an iphone charge But I get the same connection error. Is there a sequence of powering up the s3000 or iPad?

Why is the A port not enabled? It’s hard to get these adaptors out here, I’ve now ordered a OTG to USB Android and a supposedly compatible low-cost iOS Camera Adaptor at a cost of $36.45 These pesky items go astray, I think I already have an Apple Camera Adaptor from 5 years ago I can’t find. MUCH BETTER to build-in the circuitry since you know everybody will have to then buy this extra gadget to access the devilish operating system! thanks, Barry
