  1. I looked at PA systems, and was not happy with the low-end frequency response. Not in MY price range, anyway. 🙃
  2. Dual 1/4" TS to RCA cables. The TS plug into the Line Out on the WK, and the RCA plug into the Line In on the subwoofer.
  3. I am not an audiophile, and I don't have a studio, but I wanted to add some bass to my WK-6600 when not on phones. I purchased a powered subwoofer, which really fills out that weak lower range. The one I purchased was the only 8" I saw with low frequency listed as 20. Full range is 20-200, with crossover from 50-150. Sounds deep and clear with all voices, including drums. Now I need to find some good earmuffs for my wife...
  4. I'm sure this question is not new, but I am, so forgive me. I play my WK-6600 at home, and would like some opinions on a sound system which will bring out the full range (esp bass) and quality of the sounds without blowing the walls down. It has to be stereo. I'm leaning towards the best home stereo system I can afford, but...?
  5. Well, it wouldn't have cost Casio THAT much to put a cupholder on my WK-6600...WAAAAAA!! 😆
  6. Thanks to Casio (for one), an amateur like myself has affordable access to so many beautiful instrument sounds. However, thanks to "the Joes'", Donald and so many other amazing artists, if I had to choose only ONE sound, I'd have to sell my car and purchase a Rhodes.
  7. Donald Fagen (Steely Dan) uses this in a lot of music, whether together or separated by an octave. Deacon Blues is a good example. I'll try to attach a midi file, so you can see the notes. Steely Dan - Deacon Blues.mid
  8. OK, I found the answer on how to create by editing, so if there is not one out there for my WK-6600, I'll do it for the experience. I searched here, and a post led me to Tweakheadz, How to Build a Cakewalk Ins File. Good, clear instructions. Thanks!
  9. Hello. I need an .ins file for my WK-6600. I have one (used for Sonar) for the WK-6500. Can I use this format and create one? I'm using Anvil, but I'm assuming the format is the same. I'm a newbie with .ins, so details would be welcome. Thanks! Casio CTK-6000 WK-6500 v3.ins
