Modern Worship View File I haven't used my PX-5S for worship but I got a gig that required it. All the tunes were pretty much just ethereal pads and some piano. So I used Maximillion as a start, as it's a pretty full and thick Hexlayer, removed layers 5 and 6, and added a zone 2 with a Grand Piano. Two sliders govern the volume of zone 1 (hexlayer) and zone 2 (piano). The first four sliders control the volumes of the 4 layers in the hexlayer. Knob 3 is high gain, knob 4 is reverb. I like this setting because I can do JUST pads or JUST piano, fading in the entire hex layer or controlling individual aspects via the sliders. Have fun! -Tom Submitter Tom Georges Submitted 08/08/2020 Category Acoustic Pianos and Piano Layers

Version 2 of Shaneinated. Read below for details. The difference between this and the originated in Slider six now controls the piano volume (5 still the hex layer) snf some EQ fine tuning. I set this as a separate file as some may prefer to have the bell left on slider six. This is a Piano based on the ConcertD but heavily modified in the EQ area. I also has a Hex layer of pads and strings etc that can be modified with the sliders. I use this sound in Worship a very ethereal sound can be achieved with a bright Concert sounding Piano. I have gone to alot of trouble to mix this righ AS IS even though you can easily use the sliders to radically change it. Please note Slider 5 is very important. It controls the Hex layer as a whole in the mix so setting to zero youll get just the piano sound, All the way up youll get a strong mix of both. Sliders 1,2,3,4,and six control the volume elements of the HexLayer. If you have the Hexlayer volume up yet play without the use of the sustain pedal and play a little bit staccato the piano will come through strongly and the hexplayer pads will drop right back to being almost unnoticeable. -

I was messing around tonight to see if I could create my own Hex Layer and came up with this. The four tones used are piano, pad, syn voice, and nylon guitar. No other modifications to the individual tones have been taken. I was looking for an etherial sound to use at church possibly during prayers. The Stage Setting works best below the C5 register. Please let me know what you think. I'm calling the Stage Setting PoPdCrNn. Cheers, Mark -
