LaurieDarlynn
I have a Casio cdp-s350 and a new ipad 11 with a mophie cable connected to the piano, but can't get the piano remote controller to work. I want to take online lessons and use my keyboard to show up on the ipad? Help?
Brad Saucier
To be clear, what type of cable are you using?
Joe Muscara
And make sure you're using this app on your iOS device. If you tap that link on your iOS device, it should take you to the app in the App Store.
Paulo Alex
I guess you need a OTG (On-the-Go) adapter. You can buy it from the internet for $1.
Weasel
I also can't connect my iPad pro to the cdp-s350. I'm using my iPad charging cable. And the usb symbool in the display keeps blinking.

One side is a usb-b male (like to a printer) the other connector is a usb-a male and that needs to go in the camera connection interface kit. you also can buy a dedicated lightning to usb-b midi cable. Search e**y for “lightning to usb midi”. i bought one there and it is working fine. 1
