XW-Addict
I saw this March Casio Q&A for the PX5S. It left me still aware not doing it right with the hex layers to get a creamy sound , although I've manage an not so muddy stage with pleasant movement. Knowing we have good preset as examples for Dynamics , filtering , movements towards a balanced mix. Still I'm happy that the PX5S massive synth capability fills a need for synthesis even if it has two hexlayers less and fixed drums in one zone. Mike Martin
"Not so muddy" is actually difficult. It is easy to make things sound big but those sounds often don't fit in the mix well with other things. Some of the big pad sounds I'll often drastically EQ later on. Good topic perhaps for our next webinar.
XW-Addict
I can't wait (well I can☺️) Have a ton off question if certain things can be pulled of on PX5S , about lfo and if midi 2.0 can be possible or not or if compatibility between hexlayers can be done with bank change or mapping selection and such.
