Kurt M
Should the mic work when you plug it into the mic input and turn up the volume or do you need an sd card in to get sound?
Brad Saucier
A compatible dynamic will work. No SD card is needed to make the mic work, but you'll need external gear to record it as audio.
- T -
The MIC jack on the CTK/WK-6XXX keyboards allows you to sing along with your playing, and have the sound of your voice play through the keyboard's onboard speakers, but those models have no audio (voice) recording capabilities what-so-ever. They do not record audio to the SD Card. That requires the CTK/WK-7XXX models.
Billy
When I plug the mic into the jack the vocals sound coming out of my Wk66 is very weak.. If you with to sing you must plug your mic into a seperate source like an amp.. I play in a band and vocals always pluged in separtely and guitar is pluged into a different.
