1G-WX
Hello: I am from Spain and I have an XW-G1 (gift from a friend). But I don't understand the use of the sample looper. I do not understand the manual and neither the operation of BEAT-AT and SPLT-AT. I go crazy using them because I misunderstand their meaning and uses. I can't find tutorials online and my friend doesn't know what they are for either. I have a good impression of the XW-G1. Can anyone help me use them and understand their uses? A billion thanks and my apologies for my language errors.
Brad Saucier
SPLT-AT (Split Auto Record) Creates a sample by linking together recordings of a specified number of samples, each of which is a specified length. BEAT-AT (Beat Auto Record) Creates a sample by recording one beat and repeating it a specified number of times.
1G-WX
Thank you very much for your simple explanation, Brad Saucier. Now I understand the split (SPLT-AT) and beat (BEAT-AT) of sample looper mode. But the beat (BEAT-AT) can be done in the normal mode (NORM) choosing 1 as the value in the length section. This synthesizer has too many options to learn in a complete life. The menu and submenus drive me crazy. But it is great for creating unique and very crazy sounds. The XW-G1 is a great companion for lovers of electronic music. Greetings and have a nice day.
