MelissaUSN
Hello all! I’m in the Navy and my old Privia PX-200 travels the world with me. I’ve done something and suddenly I have eight keys that produce zero sound. I’ve combed through the manual (not that I understand even half of it) and absolutely cannot find a possible solution. YouTube was no help. I’m...attached to this instrument and am desperately hoping a reset might solve the problem. Does such a thing exist for this model? Might there be other solutions? PLEASE help!! Brad Saucier
Hi Melissa. Welcome to the forums. Which eight keys have gone silent?

It’s every other g, every other b, and every other d-sharp/e-flat key.
Brad Saucier
I was hoping it was something we could fix by changing settings. Unfortunately, that pattern of silent keys means it will need servicing. Something in the key sensor system is malfunctioning.
