sam-px5s
Hello everyone, I am using Px5s in a DAW. I have several tracks ( assume 4 tracks 4 channels). Assume that I select Midi channel 3 in my DAW and arm it in order to record in that track. Any pitch bend, modulation or pedal events that I use when I am playing or recording in this channel, effects the other channels. I also have done the following settings but the problem is still remained. In the sys setting,->midi -> Local Control ->off, sys setting,->midi -> Basic CH->3 Thanks
Brad Saucier
Sounds like you have more than 1 zone active on the PX-5S. Turn off the others, or simply use factory stage setting 0-0.

Brad Saucier
If that's the case, your PX-5S is only sending data on 1 channel. It's not possible for it to send data on multiple channels if only 1 zone is active. I would check that your software tracks are configured to receive on different channels. For instance, if all 4 of your tracks are set to receive on channel 1, all 4 tracks will record what you're playing on the PX-5S. On the PX-5S, by default, Zone 1 is channel 1, Zone 2 is channel 2, Zone 3 is channel 3, Zone 4 is channel 4.
