POWER ISSUE ON PX S-3000

Please, any of you with a PXS3000 faced an issue with the power of the DP?

Last night when I tried to power on the unit, did not. Played the DP, the same morning and shut down as I  normally do.

I checked the power adaptor, it is fine. Just to make sure I  loaded 6AA batteries. Still it won't power on.

If anyone faced this issue found a solution please.

If neither batteries nor power supply work, you need to send your Privia in for repairs. It should still be under warranty if you bought it within the last year.

 

Make sure to register your Privia online to extend the standard 1-year warranty to three years just in case something else happens to it.

Hi,  my PXS3000 has turned itself off 4 times over a period of about 10 months periodic band usage, though it does power up again when the on button is pushed.  I am still waiting for a reply from the warranty specialists as to what they will do for me ?

Given the other strange states mentioned in the forum I suspect that a software revision may be necessary...?

Unfortunately I have to ship my unit to another state, since the service center in my state of Goa, India has closed down, reason being COVID 19.

The unit purchased on 9th Aug 2019, is already registered for 3 years warranty. I was hoping that there could be some sort of power (switch+key/keys combo) that would power it on.
