Connect an acoustic guitar to the microphone input

I think it's worth a shot. You'll want to keep the gain knob pretty low on the mic input. Are you considering buying a pick-up for this purpose, or is it something you already own?

Your M-Audio interface could work, although if you're gonna use that, you'd be better off connecting it to the stereo audio input instead of the mono mic input on the CT-X5000.

For the stereo input option, you'll want to use the INST switch for whatever input you have the guitar connected to on the M-Audio. Adjust the gain on the interface until you get a clean signal. Now just connect one of the pairs of stereo RCA line outputs to the audio input on the CT-X and you should be good.

If you really want to go into the Mic input (maybe to use the onboard effects on the CT-X, I guess?) you'll want to switch the interface to mono mode, and then connect one of the 1/4" outputs on the back panel of the interface to the 1/4" input on the CT-X using a mono 1/4" cable. You'll want to play around with the gain and volume knobs on both the interface and the CT-X (might also want to use the Pad switch on the input for the guitar) to find the sweetspot.

My idea is to use the Reverb, Chorus and Delay effects on the acoustic guitar connected to the microphone input. It is possible?

Exactly!
