CT-X700 playing multiple sounds on single press

Hi

 

We have a CT-X700 keyboard and when playing any of the middle keys if you hold down the key it then play multiple different notes. This also happens when using the different piano sounds.

I've tried factory defaulting the settings and this made no difference.

 

Any help would be appreciated as the warranty expired a few weeks ago!

Sorry Ben, but it appears that something is seriously wrong with your CT-X700. I’d recommend you contact Casio for service.

Hi Ben, 

It seems as if I’m having same problem you had. Whenever I press on my middle keys on my CT-X700, there are multiple notes playing. I know it’s been years since you had this problem but I was hoping you’d tell me how did you fix it ? Did you have to have it repaired ?
