Cman
Can you play Mp3 songs on CTX5000? or do they have to be wav, etc.. also what is the USB storage limit on a Thumb drive? Thanx
Brad Saucier
MP3 is not compatible. Audio must be WAV files recorded at 16 bit 44.1K. Casio does not list a storage capacity limit for USB flash drives used with CT-X models. Any capacity drive should work as long as it is formatted to FAT32. The flash drive storage limit for WAV files is at least 100 songs. I think it can go as high as 999, although I don't know anyone who has gone past 100 to confirm this. faz726
Sorry to butt in, but a USB stick formatted to exFat seems to work ok. I've got a 64GB drive loaded up and running fine.
