I stumbled on this post which included a downloadable PDF "song book". But the PDF is password protected. Is this an error? And if not, how is the password attainable? (e.g.: is it a purchase? and, if so, where can I buy it?) I noted that in the comments, UK users had this problem in the past. But I'm in the States.
