Kimsca
The power adapter to my PX-310 keyboard died. I have ordered 3 different replacement adapters that specify that they fit my model. All have had the same problem -- they will not seat properly. I can wiggle the adapter cord until it finally connects and the keyboard turns on, but any slight movement can cause the cord to fall out. It looks like Casio doesn't support this model anymore so I have to use an after-market supplier. Is there something special about this adapter connection? Is there a site that sells adapters specifically for Casio? DC 12V
Brad Saucier
Which ones did you try? AD-12 is the correct Casio model adapter. It's still available new. Here is one source... https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/AD12M--casio-ad-
Kimsca
UPDATE: Yes, it worked! Thanks so much for your help, Brad. --------------------------------------------------------------- Nice. I'll try your suggestion. Fingers crossed. Personally I had not been able to find a source for the Casio brand, so I have tried 3 offbrand. The latest was one from EPtech Power Store through Walmart. It had the same issue as the previous ones from Amazon. All were listed as AD-12 for PX-310. All would not seat well enough to stay connected.
