aron
After all these years. Too bad there is no replacement. I would have bought one, but I guess it's not going to happen. It was a great keyboard for the time. I loved mine.
Brad Saucier
Actually it's past 10 years now, but they still have new ones in stock. It's not over yet and it's still a great keyboard. Keep the faith.
aron
Yes I know. I almost bought another one, but I had to get something else.. The biggest problem was that it had a great piano, and a decent electric piano. But the rest was serviceable. Most other companies have lots more now. I mean even if they just updated the internal sounds that would enough. Anyway, awesome of you guys to keep the forum going!
AlenK
Although it’s reasonable to say that it’s not over yet because some sources still have stock of the PX-5S, I’m pretty sure Casio has stopped making them. Most sites I visit claim it has been discontinued. In any case, it’s clear that Casio completely gave up on the pro (stage) keyboard market years ago. I think that was a real shame. Unless senior management decides on another course correction, I don’t think we’ll ever see from Casio another pro keyboard meant for stage use again.
