Raguram
Hello everyone. I am trying to take my WK7600 keyboard in the flight check in. I need to remove all batteries from it before I do that. I don't remember using the alkaline batteries, but will still have to make sure. I wanted to know if there are any other batteries internally in this model, like a lithium battery. I also wanted to get advice on how best to transport this in flight check in. How can we pack it or what measures we can take to safely transport it in check in. This is the only means of transport I have. Thanks in advance!
Mike Martin
There are no lithium batteries in the WK7600 no need to worry about that. In terms of protection the keyboard, there are companies such as GATOR that make flight approved (ATA) cases for a variety of keyboards. So if it will be checked luggage this will be the safest bet. Personally I've also flown Casio keyboards in their original boxes without issue.
