Casio Privia PX-110

I have a privia px110 that's been sitting a while with the power on. When I press any key with any tone selected all I get is a snare drum sound.. any ideas how to troubleshoot it and possible repair needed.

I'm not sure anyone other than a technician can help with this one.  Unfortunately I don't have any suggestions beyond that.

Have you turned it off since then?

Yes, but same result when turned back on. Was hoping for some type of factory reset option.

The PX-110 resets when the power is off.

Well it seems l have turned off power a few times without any improvement. So resetting doesn't clear the problem. Thanks for the tip on how to reset the px-110!
