Mihajlo Posted June 23, 2013 Share Posted June 23, 2013 Hi guys! I realised that i feel very limited when using only 16 steps of G1's sequencer. So, i found a solution (at least for myself).I am thinking of getting a second hand Yamaha qy10 or Alesis SR16 and hooking it up with MIDI.I particulary think that SR16 will look awesome on my G1! Null Posted June 23, 2013 Share Posted June 23, 2013 I have an Alesis SR18 in my rig. I use it as standalone from the XW and the rest of my synths though. For Sequencing I have no problems getting it to talk to the computer sequencer using Cakewalk using a cheap USB to MIDI interface.
