g.rotunno
Hi all!Well this is my first attempt to achieve a good sound of Genesis' masterpiece Watcher of the Skies intro.Tony Banks, in the original song, played a Mellotron (string based) passed through a Leslie Rotary effect; I made a Hex Layer with two kinds of strings (layers 1 to 3), two kinds of brasses (4 and 5) and the last layer is an organ (the last part of the intro is an organ), all with a DPS Rotary effect. Hope you enjoy! A special thank goes to Scott Hamlin who helped me searching the right sounds.

AlenK
This is where the Casio Music Forums can be confusing. There is an "XW Downloads" forum (this one) and there is a _separate_ location on the site that hosts the actual files. AFAIK, all links to uploaded files here are actually linking to where the files were actually uploaded. In this case, the author didn't include a link. But the file is there. Brad Saucier
I just renamed this forum, added "discussion" to the title. Hopefully that helps. The submission page in the download section automatically creates a new topic in this section each time files are submitted. I'm not sure why this specific one doesn't include a link. If I recall correctly, the early days of this site didn't have a way to submit comments directly on the download page, so a separate forum like this was the workaround. I guess we could turn off that automated system at this point.

The text isn’t surrounded by the grey rectangle I see around others including those I submitted.
