Display Name
Sorry typo in the topic title. No worries. Do you have a question about the WK-7500?
Geria
I want to upgrade from the 7500 to the 7600, but wondering if it is worth doing so. Locally I cannot try one out so I have to rely on you tube videos or someone who upgraded. I'm trying to find out if the keys are just as noisy as on the 7500. All other parameters are about the same or even better from what I hear and read. Appreciate your comments. Thanks
Display Name
You get some additional tones, styles and features with the 7600.. this chart outlines the differences:http://musicstudio.bigredroo.com.au/Recording_Gear_Casio_WK-7600_WK-7500_Comparison.htmlRegarding the key sound, I played the 7600 this summer and (to me) the keyboard was quieter than the 7500. It feels a little different too (not in a bad way).. I am wondering if they added some dampening material to make it quiet. So take a look at the chart I linked to up there and see the updates interest you. Either way, you have a great workstation! Geria
This is very helpful. There is enough of a difference for me to consider an upgrade. Especially the drawbars and touch. Thanks again.
