pax-eterna
I just got a warning from my Chrome Heartbleed monitor that the Casio site could be vulnerable to the HeartBleed Bug...
Jokeyman123
I ran two tests online, Qualsys and Filippo Valsorda's test. both tested negative, security certificates with one exception are valid. Null
Even if the forum is vulnerable, so what? It's not like anyone here is inputting a credit card or their SSN. Worst case scenario some anklebyter steals your identity on the board and does some trash talk until the mods lock the account. Hardly the end of the world. I'm frankly a lot more worried about sites like paypal and Amazon and Yahoo Mail. My Visa was hacked last month right after I made a paypal transaction and now I'm pretty certain it was the heartbleed bug that was responsible. I do run all linux systems and have to reinstall and change all my passwords on 4 different machines. Casio Music Forums are very low priority on my list of concerns right now. Anyway, crap like this is the reason why I do not now nor ever have indulged in Internet Banking. Whomever came up with the idea of e-commerce on the totally unsecured internet running buggy machines with leaky operating systems in the first place should be dragged out of his bed at dawn and shot with a howitzer Gary
