  1. hi... it's a pity... Thank's... 😉
  2. hi, i know how to get accomp on my daw, what i want is to "command" chords variations... I don't wont to receive data but send data... I explain : i run an accomp on the casio, and i want when i play a C chord on my daw that it will send it to the casio and so change the accomp in C. Instead of playing a C chord on the casio keyboard... if i can have a track on cubase with chords, for example 1st measure C 2nd measure D 3rd measure Em... i hope that playing this track will change automatically on casio accomp... Not sure it's possible... but it's just midi date. And i don't know on witch channel i have to send midi data...
  3. Hello everyone... I continue my exploration of Casio, both for the "classic" use and for slightly more advanced functions. Right now I'm trying to "transform" the Genos styles into Casio style... not easy, because of the megavoices and other Genos specifics, but it's progressing. I'll let you know how to manipulate it once it's all consolidated. Today I have a very specific question. I know how to connect my casio to Cubase, send my 16 midi tracks to the casio and get what I'm playing straight into a midi track. What I would like to be able to do (is it possible?) is to send a chord from Cubase to vary the accompaniment? I'm having a little trouble understanding the history of the xx midi tracks... At midi OUT, we have 9 KEYBOARD tracks + 8 RYTHM tracks. ON has 9 SONG SYSTEM tracks that are neither IN nor OUT . Finally, we have 16 tracks in MIDI IN... How do I send Chords in my CASIO ? Thank you in advance...
  4. oh that's where the problem comes from... I saw this the other night. I've created a good guitar lead sound for myself and I didn't understand why when I launched my song from Cubase, I always came back with the "clean" sound without DSP... Because I also had a DSP on my bass... Not great. Basically, if you create two great sounds with DSP (a tablecloth and a guitar), you can't see both in the same song... Big limitation anyway...
  5. Thanks and great job ! 63 - V3 - RA-NBK = Randall NB King (Guitar) : of course !!! I will compare with mine (i got it in real, wonderful amp...)
  6. Be careful, the keyboard must be UP AND CONNECTED before launching Cubase ! then you can choose it on your intrument track or midi track ...
  7. up.... first i was looking for something like the roland BK7m... But even second hand it was priceless. In fact, just the sound and arranger part of the casio would have been enough for me. One day maybe a brand will come out with a "walkstation" worthy of the name... As a result, the casio is no longer very "walk" (lol) but the sound is sublime and it offers a lot of possibilities, especially coupled with a DAW...
  8. and finally, being and having been a big consumer of amps and amp simulators (hardware or software), I must confess that I was amazed by the Casio... The character and the color of each one is rather well respected, including in the grain and in the ability to crunch... The small (lol : the real is 100w! and weighs about 1 horse and a half!) Peavey 5150 EVH is remarkable...
  9. hello, some answers from a guitarist ... 1 FD-PRNST Fender Pricetown 2 FD-TWRV1 Fender Tweed reverb 3 RL-J12 Roland Jazz 12" 4 FD-TWD Fender Tweed... ... VX-AC3 Vox AC30 , MB-MK1 : Mesa Boogie MKI, SL-SLO Soldano 100, PV-51-SK Peavey 51, DZ-V4 Diezel V4*12, EG-TWK Engl Tweak, HK-TM Hughes & Kettner Tubemeister, MS -J800 marshall j800 and finally VH-SP6 VHT special 6.... if you want more, just ask 😉
  10. So, I did some tests last night. So we can run a lot of things in CC and PC (see the midi sheet above in this topic). For sysex, I managed to change the type of reverb but that's about it... So, I don't know if I'm typing the wrong sysex or if its parameters are just not reachable... I'll try to make you a summary table of the CCs that I can use and the few sysex that I know work...
  11. Bonus question : someone can tell me what sound he uses for the guitar?😍 and if it's a personal sound (which I guess it is), if someone has contacts at casio, do you think he would share it with us???? (big wish)...😛
  12. yep, by "basic" CC you can access to the send level of reverb, delay and chorus. I'm wondering if by sysex i can access to the "tone control" (dsp, etc). Already, I'm sure i can change the type of reverb, not sure for the chorus, no hope for delay (lol). I'll try this evening with midiox... maybe I'll see what comes out of the casio and what I can send from cubase... I'll make a feedback tomorrow during the day...
  13. Unfortunately I think I'm going to have the same problem. I found the messages for the reverb (CC91) and chorus (CC93). I guess the delay must also be CC94 (Cubase tells me "modulation"?). I think I found the sysex to change the reverb type and duration, same for the chorus settings but nothing about the delay. I'm afraid that you can't change the type of delay and even less its parameters... just "send" it..; Here is a casio doc on the CTX midi implementation... even more readable and pleasant than the manual; CT-X3000-midi-imple_EN.pdf
  14. Just have to select the right PC (program change)... PC : 0 to 99 /Bank 65...
