Yes, thanks Brad. So’ yes, both the original file extension and that Renamed New01. Other point DataFull appeared quite often lately, thought it was the Usb Flash issue, but apparently not,’coz its the Recorded Files extension got saturated. Am i right ? Since, i clear/delete one of them, DataFull disappears. But does the USB Flash can also overfill/saturate by showing up DataFull or it doesnt have any link with that ?

One question When u recorded a song within MltRec01 that u renamed into "New01". What do u get on your Usb Flash ? Both of them ? or just "New01" (being previously MltRec01) ?

Ho, of course...now it makes sense and why i was wandering it must be around tye USB Flash... Ok, i got it. So, when u load, its reading and playing from the USB, so the Display is obviously the files from Usb. Ho, i see, i took out USB, an the dedicated "songs midi" from channels 41 to 50 disappeared. So, obviously, i must delete the USB’s files from any devices or a computer. Thanks Brad !

Yes and after testing it, i think’i know the Reason. Actually, i think that the RecordName is by Default in the keyboard’s display, so it wont "change", because all modifications (MEDIA) are operated on the USB FlashDrive. So, the only way to get that renamed’song is, to just LOAD that "renamed Song",and it be saved on Keyboard as a New File (from 11 to 40). But im not really sure’if it will be reolaced to MLtRec01. Beyond that, i think all MltRec01...10 will always stay there Unchanged Therefore, u can only Delete MltRec01 and create a New Song And thats what i want to do !

Yes, after a second deep reading i saw that, through MEDIA, Savingnto Flash. Thanks to recall le that ! But, when u save it by renaming song on the USB Flash, does it also Rename it on the Casio keyboard as well ?

Hi folks Happy new year qnd best wishes to all of u ! Got those inbuilt default name MldRec01 but wanted to change it, so it doesnt make "doubling" when savingn to USB FlashDrive. How to rename the Song’s name ? Juzt let me know, coz searched on handbook but cant find the Renaming procedure and just found "insert a character", but obviouslyn it was’peant for Tone’s Naming..l So im little lost..l

One thing about this feature which doesn’t really matters, coz on Ctx5000, ive set keys on #4 Heavy and when playing fast arpegio, Only the sound makes that Hammer Effect. Although keys are flexible semi-weighted, t, but there’s still a slight weight that gives the "Heavy" effect. Anyway, i wont bother on that detail too much’ coz at start’s buying process i didnt want a real Heavy keys and was intimidated by the soft After-touch and still is, Great. Fhe other ADV is you’re between Synth and GP, So i’ll stay like that !

Yes, i just checked it up, looks quite cool and great, but i think its still a 88 keys. But nevermind it reminds me’of a very basic Yamaha DP like P-125 which was very good with 88 heavy keys, but just very Basic real Piano’song and n8thijgnmore, so its quite objective with appropriate selection imo

Nevermind, doesnt have to be Ebony material like i said before, just to have Heavy Weight... But i looked to Casiotones CT S1, not sure if its 61 keys tho, but looks like it. Anyway, there was that nice PX-S3000 with everything, slimmer but 88 keys...i think its even better than the 560 to me. But Price being 700-800$ is quite excessive, tho But i looked, it has the DarkMode (NightMode) LCD Touch Screen, the type of visual that would fit for me.... However, as im owning ctx-5000, from start wasntempted with semi-weighted keys, coz didnt want to be "too heavy" ; started using Normal mode, then switched to Heavy, its better, but wanted slightly Harder, tho) and disnt want "too long" with 88 keys tho Nevertheless, as u said, there arent any 61 keys that offers heavy hammer. Oh dear

Yes ! forgot that technology, but i also meant to have Ebony/ivory like GrandPiano where generally many DigitalPiano are set in 88 keys... Anyway, the real’Ebony key would be out of cost, but some simulated or imitation with resine would do. But once again, its weighted Hammer Action i meant to say !

Is there any keyboard models like PRIVIA (PX-560, PX-S3000) With 61 keys to benefit a cheaper price (being less than 700-800$) ? Or with 73 keys maybe ?

Just downloaded MM’s Tones and Yours, Brad ! They were awesome. But as i looked some User’s Tone on how its been created w attack etc. I was just wandering how we can check the DSP, implying : which one, how much have been used and their Order during the Tone’s Setup Creation ? Question1 Did some DSP Testing’few’days ago, butndon’t Remember’where is the DSP Lising 801-900. Was it on Long Press EDIT/ < / DSP Edit / OnDSPoff / ... Then what ? Enter ? Id’remember doz did’something once and that DSP List appeared unexpectedly..l Can someone remind me that PATH reaching all those DSPs ? Question 2 For the DSP list, i know theres the Appendix and the Pdf with some little technical description, but still very’confusing and not obvious... Does it have some Glossary on those DSP Abreviations, to understand their Terms and their’Functions ? Coz "...Cab", or "Phazer" , "Del..pno..", idk what it means Just let me know thanks

Hey guys, thanks I don't know why i didn't get notifications from this Topic,’and luckily returned after going to qOptical Shop’for new Glasses, but got’some Eye disease RP + One strong Eye and One nearly Blind (its all mess up, iregular wavy view). So, when reading im w2tching kind like’in Gunshot’s Target Lense (--with one eye only) Anyway, for me, Bigger as Magnifier is somehow better, but as im’lacking Contrast, id need some DarkMode or NightMode ( like’in Androids). So the best would be to Tweak to BW : Black (background) White w(Font) However, this LCD Screen ie pbm for daily duties like’Interphone LCD, juzt like Casio...i never’see’anything, but on Keyboard isnmuch better, but still blurryw/foggy. So’it’would help me for every’days Use ! Any ideas on that ? Can u load on the CTX, any Tones from any Fasio Models ? Like to import betweej Casios ? As far as i saw, Privia PX dont, coz they use HEX Layer, therefore, different Engine...but which models are compatible with the CTX ? Does it’has’to’he’exflusively’only’between CT X Series like 700, 3000, 5000 etc ? Although,’i’ve seen somewhere’some Converter but that was Rythm, but does it has something similar for Tones ? LIKE i can upload a CTK’and convert’it’into CTX ? Or u just can't ? Or any other option ? Juet let’me know, thanks its for’expanding py Library a bit

G some folks User tQuestion about DSP I edited my Tone with DSP options then i came back to DSP EDIT, then the Screen shows me OffDSPOff, im assuming’its "OFF", but it has’some Good Results. Then, when i switch it on, OnDSPOff, the’Sound is all messed-up, unbalanced and crazily wrong...am i doing’something wrong ? However, is OffDSPOff mode is your edited OutCome u made ? And is OnDSPOff the Original Piece by Default’? Or is it the other way around ? Impying OnDSP being your DSP Edition u just created and the OffDSP being the defaut (-before u’created) ? Other sidenote. When downloadin some folks user Tones ctx, can u save them them on the Ct-X5000 Or u can just load/play them directly from a plugged FlashDrive or’not at all ? Lets say, u’made a new Tone’with DSP, I download it and i can have it on my ct-x5000 just like if i’created ’my own one and be on 801-900 ? RIGHT ? Please help me with these Functions Thanks

Ok, u’gave me a great Guitar example w(which im clueless in knowledge), but for any other instrument (-piano, vocal, PADS), how do u know which DSP and how many DSP u need ? Great recording tho Anyway, still wandering why your StagePiano looks Louder in Timbres (like 002 GrandPiano), from your’Demo, than mine with a Brighter tone on my CTX, and used same Headphones on both. Did u changed some settings on your StagePiano’s Tone or is it exactly the same in-built Tone by Default like’mine ?

Yes, i got this right. But in your clip which was the First instrument u played ? (For me it sounded like the CTX) And is your CTX with 61 keys or 88, tho ? Just wandering of your great Piano Sound...did u put any effects, because when im playing on mine, ofc if its the PX, then id understand y i dont have th1t same sound. Now if its really’from your CTX, Im still wandering why i have some BrightnPiano sound while yours is more Melow, with some Loudness ? Or maybe is just the midi Conversion into Wave or Mp3 that u have on your Clip ? Ho, for Privia PX, Ithought it was the 560 and not the 5S. My Bad... Is it a good one compared to the 560, tho ?

Hey Brad, so goad’to hear ur verynuseful’infos ! Im so’amazed than happy about the CTX Series !!! WOOW I’ve watched twice Martin’s Youtube Video on DSP and decided to test it (while u werenreplying me ) and came out with awesome stuff id never expect...ofc its not’perfect, but i’got an idea on those optional features and that just in one Tone. Then for my questions, i think i’found most of them all, like the DSP Numerical Location, yest they’re from 800 up to 900... But still some features to be well adapted, thate quite hard, but globally’Martin’s Video was so helpful and so simply explained’that even non-english speaking people’would’easily understand ! However, yes DSP is great and found out that u don’t really need a doubled, or triple or quadruple Layer to set Vocal or Strings while u can get that in 1 Tone. Thehn’ u’re tellingnme u can put more DSP. OMG ! And i had that feeling somehow but wasnt sure and thanks for highlighting me this ! Now for DSP effects, i saw the Guitar and when i put it on, it wasnt showing up. I dont know why it wasnt crying out Loud, maybe because i edited that Tone on some PAD or some Tone edit feature that hidded it or because PAD doesnt support Guitars effects ? Anyway, i can guess that its coz of PAD, while’if i’used a Piano or Organ asnstartijg point, and if id set Guitar FX id have heard it... or am’i totally’wrong ? therefore wh1t was that Reason, the Guitar didnt show up ? Do u have any ideas ? On the other hand, as Martin said, theres DSP EDIT where first Left arrow is OffDSPOff. Hi Mclandy, I’ve just seen ur work on PDF and about your Table im trying tonunderstand how’it works but got some questions If i understand, on left column is the List of Tones, then on the Row are the 28 DSP Effects, right ? Also, i got it that each Tone has its own related DSP. But i dont understand why are 1-4 scattered around, and few 1,2 also... What are those numbers ? Is that the Preferred Value that you should Set for the Perfect Match or is it the Default in-built Setup ? Could u clarify me how it works ? Thanks
