Upon playing it it seemed fine, but when I tried to plug in my SPECIALLY bought Casio headphones, the music continued to play out of the piano speaker and not the headphones. I would double check that the plug is fully inserted in the headphone jack. It should feel like it clicks into place and holds the plug kinda firm. Let us know how it goes.
