Zoey Posted April 28, 2018 Share Posted April 28, 2018 (edited) Another problem with my recently bought CTK-2550, when I tried to open the app through the piano, it kept crashing. When I finally got it to stay open, the app music played only through my phone, not the piano as said in the manual, even though I set the piano to the app setting. Help? Do you have the phone's audio jack connected to the Casio's audio in or do you just have the USB connector going? --- You need both for the audio to play into the CTK.
