Went to set up as usual but when I turned on the px5s nothing would turn up on the screen. Then I realized I could hear piano. I figured maybe I could still switch between stage setting even though nothing came up on my screen. Not the case.. none of the stage setting buttons would respond. I thought maybe it would be a firmware update or something but I have no luck so far. Is there anyway to do a hard reset to even factory settings? I have gigs coming up so hope someone can help me!! Brad Saucier Posted October 9, 2018 Share Posted October 9, 2018 A reset will delete all user memory, just be aware of that. To initialize, hold the number key button and the number 4 stage setting button next to it while turning on the keyboard. I'm not sure that will help if the buttons are malfunctioning as well as the display. I think you'll end up needing a service repair.
