I don't have the 730 so not sure-but check to see if you have the 730 set to store your power-down settings-I can do that with the PX560. whenever I turn the 560 on and off, with this setting on-it will start with whatever sound or menu i was working with when I shut it off. If I have that turned off so it does not store my last settings, the 560 will always start at the factory settings-and I can only guess that would be the main piano tone on the 730 Casio.
